Follow the activity after a send

See daily clicks for your SMS link and compare the pattern with your other campaign links. Known automated link checks are excluded where recognised, although some automated activity may remain. The report shows link activity; your messaging provider and sales tools can tell you about delivery and purchases.

Check your SMS provider’s link requirements

Some messaging providers and mobile networks require links on a domain you own, or do not allow shared short-link services. Check the requirements for your provider and the countries you send to before launching. qlk.to tracks your links; your messaging provider sends the messages.

Make each send easy to recognise

Name your links for the send or audience, such as “October SMS”. Use separate links for email and social so their clicks stay separate in the report. Review those figures alongside your own sales or signup results when deciding what to try next.
