Terms of service

These terms explain your account, subscriptions, refunds and responsible use of qlk.to. Effective 24 October 2026.

Your account

Provide accurate account information, keep sign-in credentials secure and use only accounts and destinations you are authorised to manage. Account owners are responsible for invitations and for activity by their account members.

Availability

qlk.to is intended for businesses and individuals who are eligible to use the service. We ask you to declare your country and confirm your eligibility when registering. Eligible accounts activate after email verification and may be reviewed afterwards. You must not use the service where applicable sanctions, trade restrictions or provider restrictions prohibit supply to you or for your intended use, or act for a restricted party to evade those restrictions. We may ask for further information, refuse an account or restrict access to meet those obligations; this is not an automatic check of every person or business against sanctions lists.

Links and destinations

You are responsible for the content and purpose of destinations you publish. Do not use qlk.to for harmful, deceptive or unlawful activity, or to bypass a provider’s review or filtering rules. Links may be restricted through the service’s security and moderation controls.

Starting your service

When confirming a paid purchase, you ask us to start the selected service when payment is confirmed. We record the terms you accept and send a saveable confirmation. This does not remove your cancellation, refund or other mandatory consumer rights.

Plans and billing

New paid subscriptions are monthly, charged in advance in USD and renew until cancelled. Review the price and any applicable tax or charges shown in checkout before confirming a purchase. Your account keeps its assigned paid prices and plan limits when public offers change. The Free sample has the limits below for everyone. Paid access depends on confirmed payment. Upgrade charges reflect the time remaining in your paid period and apply after payment succeeds; downgrades and cancellation apply at the end of the paid period. Existing annual subscriptions keep their paid year-end date. Choosing a plan on the website alone does not create a payment.

Free sample and expiry

Free includes up to 3 links kept in your account, including drafts, and 100 analysed clicks in total. Its 30-day period begins at signup. Free links stop working at the deadline unless the account is on a paid plan. Month-end, inactivity, signing in, editing a link and returning from a paid plan do not restart the period or allowance. You can still sign in and upgrade after expiry; links can start working again if their status and our safety checks allow it. If a downgrade leaves more than 3 links, Free links pause until the account is within the limit or returns to a paid plan. The sample does not become a paid subscription automatically.

Links and click allowances

Published-link allowances count the links you keep, including paused and archived links. The click allowance is shared across your account. Reaching an ordinary plan allowance may prevent publishing more links or collecting more detailed reports, while links that are otherwise allowed to work continue to open their destinations. Permanently retiring a link stops it from working and prevents its reuse.

Reporting and availability

Reporting describes recorded link activity rather than identified people, purchases or return on investment. Some activity may be delayed, excluded or missing. Upgrading cannot recover data that was not collected or has expired. These pages do not promise uninterrupted availability or a minimum number of clicks the service can handle.

Third-party destinations and confidentiality

A short link may direct you to a website operated by someone else. Its content, purchases and privacy practices are that operator’s responsibility. Each party must protect information reasonably understood to be confidential, use it for the purpose for which it was supplied and disclose it only as permitted or required by law. You retain responsibility for the destination content and information you publish.

Restrictions and ending service

We may restrict links or accounts used unlawfully, deceptively or in breach of the acceptable-use rules. Where appropriate, we will explain the concern and give an opportunity to resolve it; urgent action may be needed to protect people, systems or comply with law. You can request closure through support. Cancelling a subscription takes effect at the end of its paid period and does not itself close the account or erase records.

First-purchase refund

We offer a full refund of subscription charges if requested by the end of the 14th calendar day after the first paid purchase date. This voluntary offer is available once per customer across accounts and includes subscription upgrade charges collected before the request within that initial window. It does not limit statutory rights or correction of billing errors.

Renewal refunds and other remedies

For an accidental monthly renewal, our goodwill policy offers a full refund of that renewal and associated upgrade charges if requested within seven calendar days after the renewal date, once per customer in a rolling 12-month period. We do not deduct processor fees. After the voluntary windows, ordinary cancellation stops future renewals while preserving access until the paid period ends, without a routine refund of unused days. Duplicate or incorrect charges and service not supplied as agreed are reviewed for the applicable remedy, including any refund required by law. Repeated attempts to recycle voluntary offers are reviewed without limiting mandatory rights.

Refund handling and paid access

An accepted full refund ends the refunded paid service immediately and stops future renewals. Free access remains subject to the original signup deadline and allowance; a refund or cancellation does not start another sample, and links may stop redirecting when paid access ends. Support handles refunds manually using the payment provider and confirms the amount and subscription end date. Eligible refunds are issued without undue delay and within 14 calendar days of receiving the cancellation or refund request, using the original payment method unless another lawful arrangement is agreed. Bank posting time is separate. We confirm accepted refunds and the resulting subscription end date.

Cancellation and refund requests

Use the account billing controls for supported subscription changes, or email contact@qlk.to with a clear request to cancel or seek a refund, your account email and the payment date or invoice reference if available. No special form is required. Do not send passwords or payment-card details. These terms do not exclude cancellation, refund or other consumer rights that apply to you.

Responsibility and applicable law

Use the service with reasonable care and keep an independent record of destinations and campaign information you need. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with disputes subject to the English courts, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections and court rights that apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We will publish changes here and provide appropriate notice of material changes affecting existing subscriptions. Changing the public paid plans does not replace an existing account’s assigned paid prices or limits. Free is subject to the service-wide sample limits described above. Contact us if you have questions before continuing with a changed service.
